Body By O Coach Kim Oddo explains the proper technique using flat bench dumbbell flys to build the chest. Follow Kimbo as IFBB Pro Xavisus Gayden demonstrates pushing the chest to the ceiling using a 2-1-2 tempo with the last 3-4 reps being forced. This is a great exercise for building the chest.
